Required Documents for Foreign-Funded Enterprises 

• Established applications (signature);
• Feasibility study report (signature);
• Effective investment side of the business license or business registration certificates; Investors to the natural submitted proof of identity;
• Since investors now available within six months of a real and effective credit certification; *
• Foreign companies statute (signature) (3);
• List of members of the Board of Trustees (every director handwritten signature) (requirements include : name, sex, nationality, positions, ID card number, term, the signature);
• Board member identification (request with a Chinese translation); *
• Investors signed by the legal representative appointed directors on (Original);
• Beijing Industry and Commerce "Business Name Registration in advance approval letters"; *
• Production sites and registered addresses of the rental agreement and consistent housing proof of ownership (requiring geological and leasing property Geological unanimous agreement); *
• Other needs to submit the document.

Note : * The standard requires you submit a copy along with the originals. 

1. One from the investor or regional authorities issued by the companies are legitimate copy of the operating certificate. foreign individual investors to provide a copy of the passport; Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan investors to provide personal identification.
2. Two from investors the host country or region of the bank credit certification. Credit certificate must indicate the company opened accounts after the transfer of funds, the credibility of by the person in charge or business manager of signatures (for Original);
3. The establishment of enterprises with foreign investment applications. ； Including the establishment of purpose, scope of business, location, the establishment of deadlines, applications required by corporate signed and stamped with the seal of the corporation ( "I" and substituting intended);
4. The establishment of enterprises with foreign investment statute ( "I" and substituting intended);
5. The establishment of enterprises with foreign investment feasibility studies; Company background information, including market analysis, economic calculations;
6. The chairman of the board by investors signed by the president or foreign-invested enterprises members of the Board of the appointment (for Original); Investors signed by the chairman of the foreign-invested enterprises, general manager, deputy general manager of the appointment book (for Original);
7. Providing enterprises with foreign investment or members of the Board of Trustees, general manager, deputy general manager of the resume, proof of identity. Expatriate staff to provide copies of passports, Hong Kong and Macao compatriots HVPs copy;
8. Providing office space lease agreement, rent for at least a year (the original).
