Beijing Avenue is a cross–border business advisory firm operating globally, with offices in Beijing and Canada. We serve clients from all around the globe.We support Chinese companies with international expansion by, for example, developing new markets, purchasing equipment or raw materials, or looking for acquisitions. We also assist overseas companies doing business in China with their expansion plans, new business development, partnering and operations

Beijing Avenue provides services in China Licensing, Sourcing, and Investment. 

In Licensing, we help clients obtain business licenses, permits and certificates in the country our clients intend to do business in. For example, the Chinese government requires overseas waste material suppliers to have AQSIQ certificate before they could export their products to China. With our experience, language advantages and extensive connections, we could make the whole applying process easier, less time consuming and give our clients more confidence by the increasing likelihood of getting the certificate.   

In Sourcing, we help clients build and manage supply chains in China and abroad - for machinery, furniture, apparel, raw materials and etc. We research and identify qualified suppliers, organize tenders, and request and analyze quotations. We also assist clients in negotiating favourable commercial terms, overseeing contract execution and coordinating communications and logistics in the supply chain. 

In Investment, we facilitate funding and partnership deals between Chinese and overseas companies. For example, we assist Chinese mining companies to shop for overseas assets or to find joint venture partners.
